"It had all the possibilities to be amazing, adequate gym equipment, a pool, and laundry facilities. But as soon as you walk in you can see the place has not been kept up. The floors are dirty and stained throughout, the gym equipment has possibly never felt a wet rag, there are no supplies to wipe down the equipment after each person’s use, there is no coin machine on the premises even though the laundry equipment only takes quarters, and the windows are poorly insulated so you hear traffic all...

"We stayed here for our first family Trip to Disney 5.8.26. It was overall a great experience. I didn’t give 5 stars because the WiiFii in the Poolside rooms are HORRIBLE. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we loved the basketball court, pool and fire pit! I would stay there again if they fixed the WiiFii service . They did comp the parking to accommodate for the bad internet service."

"The lobby and first floor are bright and welcoming. The room is clean, though there is a very strong bleach smell upon entry. The hallway feels a bit dark and somewhat crowded. Overall, it is an okay stay."

"This property was not put together our room the toilet didn’t work we called the front desk they supposedly fixed it and they didn’t the air didn’t work we called again for that they came again and the they said they fixed it and they did not we had to have the door open the entire time of our stay I would not recommend this place."

"We had real difficulty getting a decent Internet connection and both TVs didn't function properly. One you couldn't even tune in when you could turn it on, the menus didn't work. The other TV wouldn't turn on. I expected that the room might have a few kitchen items like plates or silverware and there was nothing so it was sort of hard to warm up food no paper towels or anything. Otherwise to stay fine."
