"The room was nicely updated and also very modern. The king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The morning breakfast was included and there was a very good selection hot and cold food to choose from. This is my hotel for the future visits too."

"It's across from a freeway, somewhat isolated. The room was adequate, somewhat dated. They have a restaurant downstairs, which is convenient. The breakfast was not included with our stay, but was available for purchase."

"Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done."

"It’s nice average hotel budget friendly and the lady in the reception was very nice. My only concern was that I had spider in my bed when I complained about the checkout, I wasn’t happy about the action from that because there was no action at all not even an apology"

"Dirty linens when we went to lay down, no clean linens were available at that time so we had to sleep on a dirty bed, staff was not helpful. Washer machines that take quarters yet front office had no quarters. Elevators sounded like they were about to break, floors throughout property were not maintained. Ice machine was not working, no water in the water machine in a ridiculously small laughable fitness center. WiFi can’t even run their own TVs let alone any of my devices. Breakfast was so...

"We've been staying there for years, and no issues in the past. This year we did have problems with the key cards. They're not by our phones nor by other credit cards and on day one after the end of the day they would not work. After re programing and trying n the door it wouldn't work again. It happened three different occasions. For what ever reason maybe the door pad or something it kept doing it our whole stay."

"Book a room where the pictures showed a full kitchen, full size fridge , stove and when I got there I was just giving a with no stove and a small mini fridge. When I talk to the front desk telling him that I had book a room with a full kitchen because I was staying there for 10 days, he blamed it on Expedia saying that they have that constant problem where Expedia puts pictures of full kitchen on a rooms that they don’t have them.
