"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved...

"The hotel is clean. It looks royal and it has a good restaurant. The breakfast spread is really wonderful. It has a collection of Indian continental sushi, Italian, and other cuisines. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu Nepal. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help anyone that is there as a guest."

"This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...

"The Milestone has a friendly team of staff and is well managed. The restaurant has multiple options of breakfasts available and the rooms have really good a/c which is a huge relief during hot days. Multiple staff at the front desk are knowledgable on all the best spots in the area and will be able to guide you on pretty much anything you will need! Awesome stay guys, won't forget it! "The service is impeccable without being uncomfortably pompous. The staff are honest, calm, measured, competent and considerate. They do go out of their way, so tipping seemed fair to me.
