"The room was nice but the hallways were departed with peeling wallpaper and construction appeared to be going on. The hallways were not air conditioned and were very hot and humid. Guests should have been warned about the construction before booking. The room was good and the a/c in the room worked well but you were hot with a wave of heat in the inner hallways. Staff was nice"

"Love the location! We stayed in Room 6 - the two bedroom suite. So nice to have so much space! Two bedrooms, nice big bathroom, a fridge and counter and a living room to hang out in! The elevator was super slow, but it was super easy to take the stairs. Super easy free parking right outside. We LOVED the Dilworth. The staff is lovely. "The bathroom floor was so slick that I fell and ended up in the emergency room. The staff was aware but did not do an incident report. I will be contacting my attorney. This hotel caused me to have a 1000.00 ER visit. Might want to reconsider what product you put on your bathroom floors!"

"For an advertised non-smoking room, it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was stained and in disrepair. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and not enough of them. It was cheap and convenient but I’d probably not stay there again. Towels were clean and having a fridge and microwave was nice for such a cheap room. Lack of deadbolts and safety bar was unsettling. The young lady at the counter was very courteous and brought my ID to my room when I forgot to take...
