"Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again."

"Sweet well designed and decorated rooms"

"Charged for the use of the mini bar even though we didnt take anything. Small holes in bed linen upon arrival. Relaxation room, the paintwork was terrible. "Es un B&B muy recomendable. Los anfitriones muy muy amables y atentos. La ubicación cómoda para visitar el pueblo a pie, el cual nos sorprendió mucho también, y para hacer excursiones en coche. Tiene plazas de aparcamiento Calor en la habitación (nos pasó en todos los hoteles). Estuvimos muy cómodos en general"

"Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received"

"If I had to run an hotel - this would be it! Every aspect was excellent!"

"Virkelig hyggeligt sted med en fantastisk dejlig have. Værelset var rent og pænt"

"The property doesn’t have air conditioning. If you’re planning to come during summer, think twice because it’s hard to sleep with this hot weather."

"A fabulous short break no bad points at all. Will definitely return."

"Fantastic. Really need to keep that a secret!"
