"It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar!"

"Having no elevator was not as bad as I thought. Parking was a bit hard to find but we managed. Everything else was amazing. Area was fine to walk in. The place had everything we needed and more. Laundry, bedrooms, kitchen and so much more "

"This place was perfect for my family to stay while house renovations were being performed. Mr. Gregg was an amazing host- very generous, informative, understanding, flexible, and communicative. He really went above and beyond, and the property was super clean, beautiful, and convenient. "

"This house was exactly what we needed! We were in town for the weekend for a wedding nearby and it offered an easy place to stay with our dog that has some nice outdoor space. It's also closely located to Peddler's Village and several parks."

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "

"Where fun meets funky, this location felt like the secret door to the private deck should open onto the deck of a pirate ship! There are two sets of stairs that can feel narrow and steep, and you might be surprised by opening the apartment door directly into a galley kitchen. Host has excellent and timely communication. It's a great little hideaway, and I'm so happy to have found it."

"This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. "The cottage was perfect for a quick getaway. Ideally located, the neighborhood was quiet but only a few blocks from all the action. The house was well appointed and the host had nice touches like toothpaste, bar soap, kuerig k cups. Would recommend and would stay again!Mark"
