Newly built spacious townhome. Open concept design that seamlessly integrates kitchen, living, and dining areas. Access to a charming outdoor area, securely fenced in. It counts with a water softener ensuring a pleasant and luxurious bathing experience, while a reverse osmosis system provides pure and refreshing drinking water.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room, and half bath are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more.

The house counts with water softener and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

Dining room has seating for 8 plus an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has smart TV, with streaming apps for you to log in.

The 4 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 full.

The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and also a TV.

*There is a queen pull-out couch available. But guests must bring their own bedding.

Very spacious, easy check in and check out process. Communication response was quick. Neighbor that was attached to unit was very friendly and welcomed us as neighbors for our short stay.
