"Booked two nights to stay as family member had a wedding at the hotel. Staff were helpful and room service was great (taste was good and was worth the price paid). Rooms need to be upgraded: 1. Shower area draining was poor even after calling the staff to help check and rectify the plumbing, saw lots of debris coming up from the pipe and had to get housekeeping to come and clean up the toilet again. But the draining was still bad and we had to turn off the water intermittently while bathing...

Das haben wir während unserer ganzen Reise in keinem anderen Hotel so empfunden. Der Poolbereich war schön angelegt und sehr sauber. Auch Ppolhandtücher standen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ein paar Liegen mehr wären aber großartig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt."

The room we got was their deluxe king room but it had a bunch of random stains on the wall, the carpet, and the shower had black mold dots around the caulking of the tiles. I believe our room was 807 Laundry was expensive and we had to find a self-launder laundromat in the area. Entrance to the hotel (1st floor) had so many mosquitos inside but luckily they're...
