"This hotel is very well located, right by Somerset MRT and on Orchard Road (shopping, eating). The infinity pool(s) were well maintained and gave a really nice view of the city. But be aware the hotel lobby is on the 10th floor, and guest rooms are accessed via a different lift. So guests will need to take two lifts to get to their rooms."

The room we got was their deluxe king room but it had a bunch of random stains on the wall, the carpet, and the shower had black mold dots around the caulking of the tiles. "Nice hotel nearby Little India, close by to most attractions with easy access on bus or MRT. The room is decent size with some spaces for luggage. Staff are attentive and provide all information we need when check in. The entrance is on the back of the main road with reception on 3rd floor, so don't get confused if Google map shows you are at the location but there is no door to the hotel"

"Nice location for walking around tourist areas. Also located inside a mall which has benefits. Big negative is the breakfast. There is not enough seating, and the entire area gets congested with anymore than 25 people. Not an enjoyable start to the day."

"The only thing I would say is that the gym is far too hot for a proper run or workout. That was a shame. The staff were super at the hotel + the lovely waiter in the lower floor who spoke to me about teas, the reception staff who printed our documents out and the staff in the lobby making sure we were clear on what we needed in terms of directions, grabs etc"

"Amazing stay, the hotel is very clean with good facilities nice pool and small gym. The staff were very friendly and hotel manager Izzat showed us a map of the local city and transport. Izzat even helped us booking to stay an extra night and was very helpful. The place is two minutes walk from the station which makes it very easy to travel around the city. I would definitely recommend "
