"My family and I had the best Easter break at Fitzpatrick's Castle Hotel. Firstly, the family rooms were an excellent size with two large double beds and plenty of space around them for a family of four (two adults, two children). The rooms were beautifully decorated with a coach and a modern bathroom with a large shower.
My family and I ate at the Mapas restaurant twice during our long weekend stay and we could not fault the food - it was absolutely perfect! We had breakfast here both mornings...

"Loved this hotel, it was quite far from the city center of Dublin but only about an hour public transportation. The coast around it was beautiful and the little town around it is so cute and fun to explore, there are two castles nearby to explore. There is also a sauna company on the property you can use for less than 20 euros. The staff were friendly and gave good recommendations. The pub in the hotel was also great. "

"Just okay. Advantage is location. Floor is dirty and they don’t offer sleeper. They changed the towels but nothing has been cleaned that includes the used glasses. I requested for refill of shampoo early morning since we always leave for tours early coming comes back at night still has not refilled we have to call again and waited which is annoying when you are tired. We always have our breakfast to go, sandwich and last day breakfast is good. The staff in the bar, music in the first day great....

"The pool was closed for maintenance which was the main reason we picked this hotel, disappointed not to be told before arrival.
Room was too warm, had window opened but was so noisy with seagulls at 6am we had to close it.
Breakfast was luke warm, with only 3 items of hot food.
Staff were lovely.
