"I had bad luck. As soon as I arrived at my accommodation in the morning, I left my suitcase in the hostel hall because the course I had to attend was about to start, and I couldn’t check in until 4:00 PM. My course started at 2:00 PM and lasted until 7:30 PM, and supposedly I was allowed to check in until 10:00 PM. While getting ready to return to the hostel, I accidentally forgot a case full of materials in the hall, and it never showed up. Obviously, I can’t hold the hostel responsible for...

"Wonderful neighborhood -- everything you could ever want/need is a short walk from the front door.The only reason it wasn't five-stars for every category is that the Wi-Fi did not work well in our unit (it worked very well in the hallway, but our unit was in the back of the building, and in the ground level). Fiona was incredibly responsive and accommodating with all of our inquiries and requests."

"The location was great, close to everything. We used the public transit, walked to restaurants in the area, and found it convenient to everything. The hosts were great with communication and providing information. The place was stocked with plenty of towels and other basics. We basically were only at the apartment at night after site seeing all day, but it was a bit tight for 5 adults."
