"Room was not cleaned properly. I had a cockroach in my closet for 2 days. I mentioned it on the first day, someone “cleaned” the room but it was still there! Furniture and bathroom needs updating. Lighting could also be improved. Location was great but I would not return nor recommend. "

We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point. The list of unhealthy & dirty items are to long to list. Even now at 9:10 am I am at the front desk of the complex and no one is here to confirm my check-out or bill ( even though we had to pay to stay at a totally diffrent...
