"I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. "The bathroom was cold during my stay, no heat. There was no parking available in front of the house as the host mentioned, he didn’t shovel the snow so I parked two blocks away and I was chased out of the space I parked by a resident. The room could use thicker curtains for privacy. Linens and pillow cases were unclean. Other than that it was quiet area. "

"Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The location is super convenient, very close to JFK and easy access to the subway, you can be in the city in about 30 minutes without any hassle.The place itself was clean, exactly as advertised, and a really good value for what you get. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.Big plus for the rooftop, great spot to relax and unwind.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! "
