We had stayed here before and was so wonderful we stayed again! We have a student at Hofstra and it is a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Amazing location and about a 15 minute drive to Jones Beach.

Location was very convenient for our purpose. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with nice kitchen and living area. Host was easy to communicate with, responded to questions promptly, and provided very clear instructions for accessing, using, and leaving the apartment. Grocery store and coffee shop were a 10 minute walk away.

It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. It is essential to note that this is not a Basement Apartment. It is an Annex to the family home, without any disturbance from the residence. In fact, I concluded someone was at home only when I saw a vehicle in the drive. I will definitely stay here again.

The host was excellent with rapid responses. The apartment had the amenities exactly as listed. Small but fully functional kitchen, everything worked. Parking and access were excellent. Easy on and off the Southern Parkway for getting around Long Island.

Very clean, plenty of space, very easy to check-in /out, easy communication with the host , parking right in front of the apartment. The area seems nice, but do not know New York so can't comment overall. We stayed 3 nights, highly recommended and we'll definitely stay again.

Cozy unit

The unit was very clean. The only thing was the microwave platter at the center was a bit dirty which I cleaned. The inner glass door for the tub/shower was off the track; I realigned it back on it's track. It was a hot day so when we entered it, it was quite warm inside. The wall A/C unit was in the bedroom so I had to crank it up with a low temperature to help cool it off. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. Everthing else was wonderful. I believe the A/C should have been turned on knowing a renter was coming later on that day.

A nice cozy stay

This was our second stay in this Vrbo. It was just as nice as the first time. There’s a little shopping plaza within walking distance that includes a grocery store and a deli among other things. We walked to the deli every morning for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Very clean and nice apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I had to change my date and the host responded quickly and solved the issue, very thankful. 5 star stays. Definitely book again in fact I did in January 2025.
