"Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. "Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. "

"We received wonderful hospitality from Steve and janice.the property was spotless and tastefully decorated, quality of breakfast was first class and hot which is very important to me faultless,our hosts were incredible helpful and welcoming and went that extra mile to make sure all our needs were met . would highly recommend this residence and on our next visit to Torquay we will definitely be staying here again 5* highly recommended Thank you Paula,Dave and teddy "
