While the room itself was spacious, my overall experience was disappointing due to several issues that were not properly addressed by staff. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning, making the space uncomfortably hot. "The hotel is very basic, and for the price point that is expected and okay, Housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned when you asked. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating to me. It was Coachella week and the hotel was insanely busy with the cast of characters that event brings to town, so a little patience and a smile went a long way with a very demanding and frenetic crowd. Kudos to them! Would stay again."
