We were welcomed and able to leave our luggage safely while we explored the island before checking into our room. Nothing was a problem. "

Everyone appeared to enjoy their work and nothing was to much trouble for them. Food sunshine lying on the beach or sipping cocktails by the poolside they have it all."

"Unbelievable service — Florence and the staff made us feel like family, always greeting us by name (and even with hugs!). Our beachfront bungalow was spotless and comfortable with stunning views. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the location right on the beach is perfect. Highly recommend renting a car to explore, but it’s hard to leave this special place. Truly unforgettable!"

"We found this property spacious, comfortable and clean and tidy. The elevated sea view was lovely. The communication to book the property was excellent. It’s close to town and cafes and although not around Muri side of the island only a short travel and we enjoyed the privacy and ocean front right there without the crowds!! "I wanted a do nothing holiday. This was a brilliant choice, quiet, pool and lagoon was perfect, the local restraunts and cafe handy, just very insistant on reservations. With bicycle, scooter and car hire available getting out and about was easy. Wasnt prepared for the self catering option at the Retreat and the local stores provided options for dining in. Would stay again, just with better insect repellant. "
