"1woman who helped was the lady doing breakfast on the 29 th and on the 30 th tidying rooms on the 3 rd floor Such a great worker! Our room is very comfortable and because I have two teenage grandchildren that like to have their own bed, the hotel manager allowed me an upgrade to a room with a couch for a tiny fee. Everyone is very happy here and would come back. We also enjoy the pool."

"Check in was easy . The women was very pleasant and helpful . Room had everything we needed . Microwave, fridge and beds were comfortable . They even had extra blankets which in the closet if needed and a nice table and chair set . Best part was the parking is right outside your door and if you have a dog it’s perfect . "One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. We had wonderful conversations and felt as though we were stepping into the home of beloved...

"The Lake Estate was nothing short of amazing. Arron and Arista at the front desk were extremely welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Never once did we walk by the lobby without them saying hello or offering anything to make the stay better and taking photos for us. Told us all about the resort. Cannot say enough things about Jackie at the spa. She’s the best! For a private hotel opening so recently of that size… it was well worth it and we will be going back...
