"The hotel was perfect for our family of four. We loved the charming boutique style, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel felt new, was very clean, and we especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in our room. Highly recommend!"

"夏休みに家族旅行でお世話になりました。旅行前に不明な点を質問させてもらいましたが迅速に対応して頂きました。宿泊当日に予約していた部屋の点検のため別の部屋への案内がありました。結果代わりの部屋は最上階、露天風呂付きの部屋で疲れた体を癒すことができました。立地は新世界に近く、地下鉄の駅も近くにあり便利でした。ただ、新世界に近いこともあり子供には少し刺激が強いのかなと思いました。"

"Room was plenty big enough for 5 people. Great to have a kitchen and large fridge and freezer. Air conditioner worked beautifully. Great location to everything, would recommend and stay here again for sure."

"My kids love the bunk beds arrangement. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchenette was what we needed along with the laundry room. Great location!"

"We had a lovely stay at BON Umeda Condominium. There is a washing machine and supply of laundry powder, a perfect balcony to hang up laundry. That’s very helpful!"
