"This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. "Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. Bed configuration and direction is a little strange, facing the window. But spacious, and everything...

"We liked the convenience of the restaurants and supermarket. The room itself had good amenities and had what we needed. Small issue in the bathroom was no fan to remove steam. The light switches were in awkward positions but it was easy to get use to."

"Nice for family that wish to stay together for the 2bedroom apartment. Did online check in and tried the keyless access. Quite a hassle when using the lift as the network is not strong enough. Nevertheless, its awesome as everyone has access via own mobile phone. Bencoolen mrt is right across the road. Pick up / drop off is also infront the hotel. Front office staff is extremely helpful."

"The overall was good, staff friendly.However, the service of apartments not so good. The staff cleaned property twice a week without adding a coffee or proper tea. Available only green tea.Additionally the apartments are very old and refurbishing,specifically a bathroom would be in order. The bathroom was dungerous for old people. Have step inside the bath to have showers, very uncomfortable and slippery. Style from 80’s with plastic curtains."

"Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there. "

"Park Avenue Clemenceau was the perfect spot for our 6 night stay as a family of three in Singapore. We loved how close the hotel is to both grocery shops/cafes as well as MRT station to get to popular spots! We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and there is a fantastic park and bakery just across the road. The staff at Park Avenue were lovely and helpful. The cot that we requested was there when we arrived and the staff were helpful at meeting all our requests. The pool is beautiful...
