"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all,...

"This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay here! Our kids loved the upstairs rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals at the cottage. There is an outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer. Mike was a wonderful host, checked in on us, he was helpful and so quick to respond to messages. The cottage is a short walk to Vineyard Haven. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it."
