"Fint hotell, men har behov for noe oppussing. Romene er veldig små og merkelig innredet med alt for store møbler. Eksempel er bade ganske stort, men de har puttet inn et kjempe badekar. Tar hele rommet og er helt ubrukelig. Her trengs en modernisering. Balkongen og utsikten er flott. 10/10. Hotellet har 2 fine basseng ute og et barnebasseng inne (36c), men det beste er kort vei til havet og badebrygge. Oppsummert. Fint hotell med litt behov for oppgradering. "This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more...

"Bon esmorzar, bona vista, transport gratuït a Forio. Amabilitat. Vam arribar tard, ens van preparar sopar, molt.bo, però al moment de fer el check-out ens van adonar que les begudes no wstaven incloses, no ens ho havien informat. Tot i això, una estada molt bona."

"Absolutely stunning property with beyond helpful staff. The room, views, and amenities were first class. Provision of transportation and access to the beach was such a treat. I would highly recommend staying here and experiencing everything they have to offer. We will be back!!!"

"Outstanding service from all the staff - from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the dutiful restaurant staff. The rooftop restaurant (Lampara) served delicious food and the wait staff were excellent. Our room, overlooking the sea and the Castelo, was spacious."

"Stayed in the annex which was less than a 2 minute walk from the main property. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us order taxis and gave great suggestions. The thermal pool was very relaxing and had a full bar outside to enjoy a drink while relaxing"

"Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta, upeat maisemat ja erinomainen aamupala. Kävelyetäisyydellä hotellista on vesipuisto/kylpylä, joka ei kuulu hotelliin, mutta jossa on helppo vierailla. Huoneissa on kaikki tarvittava, mutta uutuudenkiiltävää kaipaavalle tämä ei ehkä ole sopivin valinta. Bussi Ischia Portosta hotellin portille kulkee kerran tunnissa. Muutaman sadan metrin päässä on pysäkki, josta bussit kulkevat useammin eri puolille saarta. Jos kaipaat rauhaa, kauniita maisemia ja ystävällistä...

"Excellent stay at Pagoda. The staff are lovely and helpful, hotel is in a great area 5 minute walk to the ferries, and the beach area is gorgeous. Loved ordering a spritz and snacks beachside! Only downside is they don’t have hair conditioner. "

"Atemberaubende Lage über dem Meer, leicht ausserhalb von Ischia Porto. Gut auch per Bus zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen). Grosser Pool mit genügend Liegen und Bar direkt am Pool. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal an der Réception. Roller können direkt im Hotel gemietet werden. Lohnenswert für Ausflüge."

"Great place to get away from it all. People were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble."

"Splendido resort ad Ischia Porto con dotazioni spprtive e termali superlative. 4 piscine di cui una con piante curatissime e pptenti getti di acqua termale. camere sobrie negli arredi con bagni di vietri bellissimi sparse in giardino curatossimo di bouganville, limoni, agavi ccn terrazze o giardini privati. Sale riunioni e disimpegni elegantemte arredati, colazione con buffet dolci sttaordinario. Unico limite la posizione distante dal mare e centro"

"Great hotel! Amenities were incredible. Hotel restaurants were ok (there are better food options outside of hotel). If you want to go to the tourist spots in the island, you’ll need a taxi since the hotel is far away. "
