"Für den Preis haben wir jetzt nichts weltbewegendes erwartet, aber hier einige unserer Kritikpunkte: Es gibt leider nur einen kleinen Mülleimer im Bad, sonst keinen im Zimmer. Leichte Herausforderung, seinen Müll vernünftig zu entsorgen. Im Bad leider keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten oder Haken, um etwas abzustellen. Auch hier wieder gutes Organisationstalent gefragt, um nciht im Chaos unterzugehen. Die Betten auf den Bilder sind deutlich größer als in echt. Auf dem Doppelbett ist nur eine...

"Booked a double room, was given a ground floor family room. Problem was it was street level, so couldn't hVe window open. Next door was a family room and whoever was above me must have been running with concrete boots, especially at 1am and 7am, where the ceiling was thundering for an hour each time. Rooms were functional but dated. Staff were great and went to speak to the noise makers when I went to reception. Location is 2 mins from Ilford Station, and opposite the exchange, so top notch...

"The best staff I’ve encountered in a long time. The rooms are small but very clean. No air conditioning. The only problem I had was I’m the hotel policy wouldn’t take a major credit/debit card because it required a signature (not sure why as I use my PIN any other time abd it wouldn’t pull up that way in their hotel payment machine)."

"They sent us to another hotel but i was more like a 1 star motel. Staff was very friendly but this is not how hotel business works. "

"I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience.."

"El alojamiento deja mucho que desear mala limpieza no cambian nada ni limpian nada, la cama durísima y todo daba un poco de asco.. no le recomiendo como confort, la ubicación si era buena."

"They had free parking which is a positive. The rooms are very old, extremely hot and out dated. The biggest issue is the WiFi you won't have a good connection better off using your phone as hot-spot. Im still awaiting my deposit ive currently chased but they seem to attempt to keep your £100 security deposit and give you all sorts of excuses ive emailed, sent many msgs and had to physically go there yesterday(over 14 days since I left) all you get told is it will be released etc take this as...

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"AVOID NIGHTMARE STAY Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. The room stank of weed and cigarettes the moment I walked in I told the receptionist the minute i smelt it i had to change rooms, and despite the advert clearly stating every room comes with a shower, mine had no shower whatsoever. The worst part was finding a dirty syringe in the room. I accidentally got pricked by the needle and had to go to hospital because of it. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous....
