"This was our second time visiting the Cape, and once again we loved it! Rebecca was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout our trip. We ran into a little trouble with the keypad, but Rebecca was very responsive and helped resolve it quickly. The stay was everything we needed: clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"House is spacious, clean, and pet friendly. We had plenty of room for our whole family to be together. We enjoyed using the garage to store beach supplies in. If you plan to use the kitchen to cook, come prepared with the kitchen items you need as there were not many basics available to cook multiple meals including measuring cups, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, pot holders, or strainer."

"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house.
The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

"It was great! There were 7 of us and everyone got their own bed! We were able to walk to The Black Cat to see our friends perform. We celebrated my daughter's 27th birthday and enjoyed spending time together. We cooked breakfast one morning and dinner one night. It was perfect. Thank you!!"
