This condo has it all… immaculately maintained, beautifully furnished, a well stocked cooks kitchen (including spices and condiments), gorgeous views of the lake and mountains, on deck private Jacuzzi, great luxury bedding and an owner that cares about your comfort and joy - everything you need for a wonderful hassle-free getaway with year round activities galore.
Welcome to Lakeside Resort located in Huntsville, a stunning valley located within minutes of two world class ski areas and welcome to my well cared for condo – where an enjoyable experience is assured. This region is truly a gem and well kept secret. No matter what your outdoor passion, you can find it here, all without hassles or crowds. This is the closest property the posh spectacular Snowbasin ski area - a mountain for all abilities to enjoy and be challenged.
This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is minutes from your four season fun. Each en suite bedroom is equipped with luxury bed/bath linens and toiletries. The Master bedroom has a pillowtop king bed and its’ bath - a jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has two pillowtop twins that can be made into a king. The condo has Wi-Fi Internet, Internet enabled HD TV, BB Que and a gas fireplace. Midweek or daily maid service can be provided as well as other services if you so desire. Let me know if you need to check in early or check out later. If its possible - there's no charge. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool, hot tub (open year round) basketball and tennis/pickleball courts and clubhouse with wifi printer.
The spectacular Snowbasin resort is less than 10 minutes away where you can enjoy an unparalleled summer/winter mountain experience without the crowds. In winter, leave the car parked - the Utah Transit comes right to the property and takes you to the Snowbasin slopes. Or if you prefer a back country experience head over to Powder Mountain for some lift and cat accessed Utah POW - just an uncrowded 20 minutes away. You'll find pure Utah joy at both resorts. Enjoy all winter sports including snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, etc. Spring, Summer and Fall, hike or mountain bike the magnificent mountain trails with drop dead panoramic views at both mountains or North Fork Park. The beach is outside your door for hassle-free access to your watersports. Road bike on the quiet flat roads in the valley or challenge yourself climbing the mountain access roads. Golf – yes that too! It's all here - unspoiled. Don't miss the magnificent fall colors either. Ogden is just minutes away with great and varied dining options. Relax on the deck while the sun sets - enjoying the Alpen glow over the Pineview Reservoir and the noble Snowbasin range. At night, soak your play weary bones in your private hot tub under the stars while the moon lights up the mountain tops and shimmers on the lake. All this is available within 50 minutes of the SLC International airport - without the crowds - without the hassle at a bargain price. Shhh - don't tell too many people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Donna's Huntsville townhouse. The unit was perfect for a family of 4, the amenities were great (including a kitchen that had everything we needed for our 3 nights), and the location was perfect for our Snowbasin ski days (about 15 minutes drive away). Donna's directions and information about the unit were extremely clear and timely, as well. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Snowbasin!

Lovely place to spend time while skiing. Had everything we needed, and wanted, including a great hot tub on the deck to soak away sore muscles. Easy to find and covered parking was a bonus when packing up in the rain!

Very nice condo with great views. My wife and I had a 5 day stay with good fall colors, and the location didn't disappoint. The condo was clean and well stocked with all necessities, and Donna was quick to respond and resolve when we had a minor TV issue in the first hour there. Very nice sunsets from the back porch/hot tub, and the push button start grill worked great. We will stay again if in the area.

It was very cozy and has plenty of space. Nice size master bathroom and bedrooms. Loved the jacuzzi and patio. It has great views of the mountains and lake. The instructions were great and very detailed also made a lot of things easy for us. Would book this place again

I’m not sure if you have visited your condo in a while.. here are some details that have been overlooked. -televisions 2/3 didn’t work at all Batteries in remote were missing Power cables to roku missing -bathtub in master bath was unclean -master bath tp holder needs tightened…fell off -would’ve been nice to know that there were going to be roofers working on a project…impacted the ability to enjoy the day -single ply tp… I understand trying to cut costs, but you are using more in the end. -no coffee filters -no tablespoons / measuring cups -Vertical blinds down stairs had scotch tape on it -Curtains in the bedrooms wouldve been a nice touch It was a beautiful condo.

This VRBO was a four nite stay. Upon arrival at the gated community, we could not find the access codes anywhere in all the emails from VRBO. They are supposed to be emailed by the property owner. After sitting outside the gates for an hour an twenty minutes, not having any success getting in touch with the owner, i finally walked around the gate and knocked on the door next to the unit we were renting. Just by chance the lady in that unit was also renting from the same owner. That was the only way to get a hold of the owner, who then gave us all the access codes. Then, after gaining access we noticed the unit was left half cleaned. The beds were all unmade with damp sheets in the dryer, vacuum left in the middle of the hallway, no bar soap anywhere to be found, no tissues, and although it might seem trivial, we could not get the TV mute button to unmute after getting 3/4 way through a movie on nite. I will say except for all the above issues, it was a nice place and quiet. I will never stay there again though.

The rental is adjacent to Pineview Reservoir which is rated as a blue ribbon fishing reservoir by the state of Nevada. The surrounding landscape is magnificent. Condo had everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Parking is under cover. Unit is located up a couple flights of stairs. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Condo is in a gated community. Our family would stay here again.

We had such a great time staying at this property! The view was spectacular and the hot tub was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Some of the lightbulbs were out throughout the condo, but hopefully they will be fixed before the next guests arrive. We would recommend taking your own pillows.

Property is nice. Good views, nice hot tub. Fireplace in living room... but we arrived to a dirty condo. I called, texted, and emailed Donna upon arrival (instructed in check in email). She got back to me about an hour later. Nonetheless, my partner and I were cleaning the condo for about the first 2-3 hours of our stay. This was the 1st downer. While I understood and stated so much at the time that it was likely an issue with someone she hired not showing up, I was looking to her to make it right not explain away the situation especially in the tone she did. The following day, she sends me a graphic description and some pictures of what happened to her cleaner. Tragic and I wish it didn't happen, but why would you share that with guests? That was the 2nd downer. She offered the cleaning fee to be waived & a partial refund of the first night but I had to follow up multiple times for her to honor the refund: 3rd downer. Why not think like a hotel? It doesn't matter to the guest why things were not done: the guest paid and they were let down, only think in terms of making it right because they are paying customers. This could have easily been a five star review had Donna handled the situation promptly with: "I'm very sorry you arrived in those conditions. I don't know what happened to the cleaner but I will try to get in touch with her. I will refund the cleaning fee and the first night's stay." People vacation to escape stress and drama, not enter it on their own dime.

We had a nice stay at this condo - the beds were comfortable, there was ski storage, and the kitchen was well equipped making it a great base to ski Snow basin (<10 minutes away). The only hiccup was that the door code didn't work when we got there but we were quickly able to get ahold of the host who reset the code for us to get in.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfect for us! We can go to Snow Basin and Powder a mountain easily. The home is very comfortable, nice linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked for those of us who love to cook. We will be back again!

The condo looks exactly as it does in the photos. The place was well stocked. We made all of our meals in the kitchen. It was very convenient to get to Snowbasin. There is a bus that picks you up just across the street by the church, making the trip very easy if you don’t want to drive much. The property owner was very easy to reach for whatever questions we had. Highly recommend!

Good location for multiple reasons. Powder Mountain, Snow Basin, Huntsville and other close locations to eat or purchase food/gas. Our only issue was the temperature disparity between the bedrooms and no humidifier which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
