"Overall talking stick was a nice and comfortable hotel. However, the pools and hot tub were not clean. There were a variety of dead bugs, bandaids, and leaves in the pool. You can definitely tell the pools haven't been cleaned in a while. "

"Airport shuttle got a flat and we were on our own to get to the airport. Found out 10 minutes before we were set to go to the airport. I would think the hotel should reimburse us for the Uber fare. Although stressful, the Uber driver got us to the airport in time for us to check our luggage. Thanks Uber."

"The hotel is fine but we sat in the lobby for an hour because they wouldn’t let us check in without paying extra. There was no one there! The hotel was half empty! We own a hotel in Florida, and if a room is ready, you check the guests in! Proper customer service. Probably won’t go here again. "
