"Excellent experience with Hilton Garden Inn South from Checking In till Checked Out. Very smooth and fast Check in. We Checked in around 5pm. Rooms were clean and everything was in great working order. Room service was great too. When we had the Do not Disturb sign on we were left to ourselves and when they clean the rooms they did a fine job. Breakfast was pretty ok too though limited but no complaints. What was served was nice and an item or 2 were changed daily so its all good. Location...

"Rooftop pool and gym were nice. Good location to go to nearby mall and grocery. City mall has big and cheaper price grocery. Also the mall have many restaurants and bakeries inside. 15 min walk to the Petronas towers. Room air was not good due to smoking, so the staff showed other two rooms, but still not good. Another problem is bedding and towels are so old and need to upgrade. Room cleaning staff were very helpful and did really good works to solve issues."

"The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The area felt safe and it was easy to get to public transport or walk everywhere if you want to. Perfect place to rest for a couple of nights while exploring KL."

"This place was great. Very spacious and centrally located. We LOVED the rooftop infinity pool with the killer view. It would have been a perfect check in, had we received clear check in instructions a few days prior to our visit. Luckily, I got a Malaysian sim card so was able to get a call the local number to get a hold of someone to come into the residential building and help get us "checked in", since the concierge at the building can't help."

"Clean and modern almost to the point of sterility. Everything about it was meticulous and the view incredible. Security a little tedious and confused on check-in but got through it. Better than lax I suppose. Shopping Mall and monorail physically attached. "

"24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again."
