"The area around the hotel is not clean and there is a lot of homeless. Ala Moana beach was very dirty. It was close to the mall, which was nice, but we spent more time walking to Waikīkī or catching rides to other areas of the island. The hotel itself was just ok, we tried two of the restaurants ..."

I landed after a long flight and she checked if any rooms were available and helped check us in early. She was overall very accommodating and im grateful for her help and everyone ..."
