"We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. With 2 adults and 2 young children it was very snug, but the amount of space was good as a base for our adventures around the Hokianga. Sunny windows, beautiful view of the sandy north head from the window, lovely sounds of the sea at night. Very heavy rain overnight but we were high and dry, no issues. We could have done with some big knives but the small streak knives worked. And possibly a toaster for breakfast would have been good, but we stayed camping style and used the bbq.
