"The staff have been so nice and accommodating! We were surprised to see a bar in the hotel, my husband and I snuck away while the teen watched the other kids in the room so we could have a relaxing drink. The bartender was so sweet. Rooms are clean, pool is ok needs a little updating but functional and fun for the kids. Had a nice stay. "

"We stayed at the Madison as part of our first time visit to Palo Duro Canyon. I was a bit reluctant to book based on other reviews mentioning issues with their check in code, but I was so pleased with the check in process because there were no lines, or papers to sign, or elevators to fight with.
