"First time staying in this hotel and the whole building is great, everything is super clean. My only problem here was that the night that I was there, a group of people was drinking beers outside in the big patio with loud music and I didn’t understand why the staff from the hotel let this group of people to stay there until 1 am making noises, when you pay for a room to rest for the night. I call the front desk to complain about the noises and they didn’t do anything because the noises...

"AC worked great, room was clean and comfortable, not as nice as pictured on Expedia. No protein for the breakfast, coffee, cereal, toast, 2 muffins, nice waffle maker though. "

"The room was mostly clean, though the sheets were slightly discolored in places. Breakfast was... Well it was breakfast and it did the job. Hand soap was empty when we arrived, and we probably could have had someone refill it but we were tired and just used the soap dispenser in the shower. Stairs were slightly wobbly, but we are both bigger folk so I guess if you run heavy I guess just watch the outdoor stairs and use the handrails. The channel selection on the TV was great!"

"Air conditioning was loud and had exposed wiring and burn marks on the side. Wash clothes had stains. Room could have been cleaned better. "

"The presentation of the rooms did not match the photos. Found holes in the wall, broken bathroom door, the shower water only had two temperatures...Hot or Cold.. Carpet had stains and looked and felt unclean. The room had an unpleasant odour which needed to be aired out on arrival with leaving the window open and air-conditioned running."
