"Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites."

"This facility is in need of attention. It is suffering deferred maintenance and is not being kept clean. Our toilet leaked. The ice machine was out of order for the weekend. Front desk staff received four stars but would have received five had the young lady at our first check-in been able to comprehend what we were saying in plain English.
