"The hotel was very nice, but they charged $33+ for valet parking per day & $18+ to park in a garage. If you wanted to park, you had to park on the street. Not very customer service friendly. Also, the door on our room would not close. We pushed and pulled it. We reported it to the staff, but it was not fixed. So, if someone wanted to force their way in, all they had to do was push the door. We latched in at night for safety."

"This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!"

"Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"

"I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Amarillo. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Bucces, restaurants, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Amarillo."

"The staff was wonderful. The tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. I asked repeatedly to have it fixed and once they tried and it worked for a few hours. No one cleaned the whole time we were there. The blanket on the bed had holes in it. The sheets were dingy looking. Just seems it needs some updating. They were extremely busy so it seems they would have the money to make some upgrades."

"Stayed here on my first ever visit to Texas to visit some family. Such a cute and quaint hotel. Super family friendly. Gives you all the Texas vibes if you are visiting for the first time. Very convenient location. My room was located directly across from the pool so I was worried about noise, once 9pm hits it was super quiet! Would definitely stay here again"

"Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road. The room was dated, the mini fridge DID NOT work. I told the guy at the front...

"Oh coming in I was not even acknowledged by the front desk for several minutes even with standing right in front of her, she was very lacking in communication and customer service overall, I booked a double queen room and on check in was gave a double room, when I went down to inquire about the room issue I was completely dismissed, as it was gave the impression the clerk was hoping I just didn’t notice and it was basically a “oh well” situation to her, the tv didn’t work, the hair dryer didn’t...
