"This place is beautiful. They put a lot of thought into all the details. A true boutique feel. I would absolutely stay again. It is walking distance to King’s Cross Station and the surrounding area is delightful. The only reason I docked it a star is due to the check in process. Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable.
The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult.

"Reception personnel were very accomodating and friendly. The suites are convenient for family travel, despite the sofa bed not being the best. Location is excelent for commuting in London and walking distance fo amazong attractions. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend."

"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."
