"The property description is not right. I booked one bedroom for 3 people. Normally there is a sofa bed . However there was none and property charged 40GBP per night for rollaway bed.
5 days out of 8 there was only one lift working for a hotel of hundreds of rooms.
Internet is very slow and guest Internet is only for Bonvoy members"

Only complaint i have was the room was advertised with a balcony an when I got there I had to pay a extra hundred pound for it"

"Great apartment accommodation in good location with lots of restaurants and bars and local supermarkets (small). Easy walk to the river and Millennium Bridge to south Bank and Tate Modern. Easy walk to St.Pauls. Next to Mansion House tube and easy walk to Bank for multiple lines and also to Thameslink stations and Canon St. friendly staff. Convenient location and good amenities for a small family/couple."
