"We really enjoyed the pool, which was cold and perfect for the summer heat. It was quiet and peaceful. We felt relaxed and comfortable. There is a couch in the living room even though the photos do not show it. The hang gliders were fun to watch as well. "

"Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "

"Host was very accommodating! Let us check in a little early we had people coming in from different states and different times so it worked out really well. Also the house was awesome everyone enjoyed it and it’s in a great area right in the middle of everything! "

"We had an amazing visit. The cabin was beautiful. Check in was super easy. It was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view. It was secluded enough to relax but close enough to things we wanted to do with only a 20 to 30 minute drive. I would recommend and definitely come back to stay!"

"I stay overnight with a friend and our two dogs. The place is quaint, full or character, absolutely adorable!! I loved the accommodations with the two bedrooms in opposite sides, great for privacy, and the backyard is perfect for puppers. Only comment is: wish they had a blender and ice trays! Other than that, I oook forward to staying there again!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Easy Access - We received easy to follow instructions, and found the property simple to find and access.Comfortable - The cabin was cozy and comfortable, even for our large family. We were able to hang out and relax, or come and go to enjoy ourselves with other activities.Good Amenities - When at the cabin there were plenty of amenities to keep us occupied such as pool, air hockey, foosball, checkers, boardgames and TV. There is a great view behind the cabin as well...

"It was a wonderful stay for our family of 4 (13 and 3 year olds). A peaceful location amongst the trees with a fishing pond just a stroll down the hill. It was a great central location for our trips to Cloudland Canyon, Lookout Mountain, and Chattanooga. The host was responsive and no detail was missed in the cabin. We can't wait to return for our next visit!"

"I wanted to fons a secluded and relaxing escape for the weekend. We traveled in for a triathlon in Chattanooga, and this cabin was perfect! I felt so at peace. It was very clean and Rachel was super responsive. There was no cell service, which was fine for us. The wifi worked great."

"Property was great for our family! We saw lots of wild life including eagles catching their breakfast most mornings and several herons hanging in the shallow water. Wonderful views of the river and mountains. Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend 4WD/AWD as the driveway might be challenging without. Cabin is 25-30 minutes minimum from main roads and access road is narrow and windy in some spots. "

"We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant.
