THE CONDO

This condo is a new downtown oasis!!! Designed and furnished to give our guests a modern and luxurious experience while also capturing the comforting feeling you can only get from being in a family home. Everything you could want downtown Chattanooga is at your finger tips. The Aquarium, The River Walk, Restaurants, Bars, Coolidge Park and much much more are within minutes reach. You will also have access to our Pool, Gym and Clubhouse!!!

I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.

This property is located is a safe trendy area on Riverfront Pkwy. It is close to everything downtown Chattanooga! The Aquarium, The River Walk, Museums, Great Restaurants, Bars, Parks, The Chattanooga Riverboat and so much more!!!
A brand new restaurant "Parkway Pour House" just opened directly across the street and one of Chattanooga's best riverfront restaurants Scotties on the River just opened as well with an Incredible River View Patio. It does not get better than this!!!

SMART HOME
This unit is equipped with smart features including smart locks, smart thermostats and smart TV's. High Speed internet is provided and though some will enjoy these features they are not required to use if you choose.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed. There is a Smart Tv with Live TV Hulu and HBO and it connects to a large walk in closet and full bathroom. There are beautiful views of the mountains from this room.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is the heart of the unit. There are lots of windows and this room also has views of the mountains. There is a high end memory foam designer sofa with accenting chair and can comfortably accommodate 4. There is an electric fire place that can be used with heat or without and has a coffee table that can be raised to the sofa to be used as a desk.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has large granite counters perfect for cooking any size meal. Everything you would need to cook a feast is provided including spices, basic baking ingredients and condiments. The kitchen is fully functional just bring the food!

BATHROOM
This is a full bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area or from the master bedroom. It includes a brand new washer and dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tub if desired. There is a iron and ironing board available as well.

POOL - CLUB HOUSE - GYM
Our guests will have access to the condos amenities. Everything is brand new and functioning. A code will be provided to access these spaces.

There are plenty of fun things to do within walking distance but there are also bikes that can be rented across the street and parking available if you choose to drive.
