We came with a car, and we were so pleasantly surprised that we literally drove through the old city, it feels like you are living in the center of the best place in the city. the staff was super friendly, and the hotel was the most perfect place we ever been to. it's like somebody combed every inch and every experience a visitor will have and asked him/her self - how can this be perfect. "Hotellet var fint, og vi var så heldige at blive opgraderet til et større værelse, hvilket var rigtig dejligt. Jeg synes dog, det er lidt mærkeligt, at jo bedre værelse man vælger på Hotels.com, jo dyrere bliver morgenmaden – når man alligevel spiser i den samme restaurant. Det giver ikke helt mening for mig. Morgenmaden har fået meget fine anmeldelser, men vi oplevede den som ret almindelig i forhold til, at det er et femstjernet hotel."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Only a 9 min walk to the train station and lake. Our room was great, no noise from above or below, once we closed the window no traffic noise. Good size bathroom. Fabulous food in the restaurant. Very clean. We stayed for a week and thought it was good value. Breakfasts were a delight to come down to each morning. Highly recommend this hotel. "

What made it special was all the details, from each room names after a waterfall with info to look up, to the little key on a lanyard for our kid, to the water bottles, or to the bubblegum game on the wall. Just lovely surprise after lovely surprise. Amazing, and would stay again in a heartbeat. "
