Everybody was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was our favorite from our trip. We stayed at 3 different hotels across Italy and Switzerland, but this one had the best breakfast! "We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite large and comfortable with a nice street view. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. Our only nitpick was that there was no coffee or tea in the room. Free tea was available in the lobby, the sign said they would make you a cup of coffee for a fee. This is a minor detail though, I'd happily stay here again."

I especially appreciated the coffee and amenities on the second floor, as well as the in-room touches and the daily housekeeping service. The quiet terrace with its beautiful view was another highlight. Even the small gestures, like the water bottle they gave me upon departure, made a difference. I truly felt at home...

"Good location in town near Chapel Bridge. Coming by car is very tricky as streets leading to plaza where hotel is located are narrow and shared with pedestrians. Twin bed room has basic amenities. Area around hotel has many shops and eateries."

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom.
