"This hotel was great as a solo traveler in Switzerland for the first time. Easily walkable from old towne and the train. The room was large and quiet. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast had a lot of options and I was able to make sandwiches for my daily excursions from the buffet. I alswpuld definitely stay here again. Also they had a fun photo booth in the lower level!"

"We loved staying at Hotel Schlüssel. Great location- walkable to shops, restaurants, bus, train and boats! It was especially nice to have the complimentary beverages. Our only regret was the restaurant was not open on Sunday and Monday. But our desserts on Saturday were delicious."

"View was absolutely amazing. Major issue was that we spent the first night sweltering. Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night.
