"The host, Vivian, was very welcoming and promptly responsive. The amenities are as stated. Her studio is clean and comfortable - with the pool right outside the back patio. Very nice! I failed to notice her place has no air conditioning, and it was hot during the days I was there. She has multiple fans available to use, but be advised. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. "

"We had a great time at our stay at the Eco Village. It's a beautiful property with lots of fruit trees planted on it, so we loved taking a morning walk to see them. "The VRBO description truly doesn’t do this place justice. To our pleasant surprise, the property felt wonderfully private and secluded from any nearby neighbors. It was spotless, cozy, and immediately welcoming. The view from the bedroom window was stunning, framed perfectly by the vibrant foliage beyond. "I was in Hilo for a month for work and stayed at Maggie's place. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs.
