"We loved staying in the penthouse. It was very tasteful and comfortable, and the view from the bedroom and lanai couldn’t be better. The people in the building were nice and a nice long pool was good for laps. Carl Smith beach right next-door was excellent for gentle swimming And snorkeling, and we saw a lot of turtles. I would definitely come back and stay in the penthouse. All the necessities were available in the kitchen, and the place was clean and tasteful. "

"Very kind land lord who is willing to take that extra step to make sure you are satisfied. There were a couple of issues, but she made sure they were rectified. One thing I would like to suggest is replacing the bath linens, as they felt and looked old and scratchy. Thanks"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 kids- ages 7, 9, &11. There was plenty of room for all of us, very well appointed, had everything we needed and the beach supplies were a nice bonus! Having the beach park right next door was amazing and the kids also loved the pool. This was a nice place to have as home base for seeing everything we wanted to see on the east side of the island! "

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying here! The property is in a nice, safe neighborhood with a coded security gate and is very well kept. We enjoyed comfortable sleeping arrangements, plush towels, a well-supplied kitchen (tools/small appliances/dishes/spices), washer/dryer with detergent, filtered drinking water, A/C and ceiling fans to keep comfortably cool, Wifi, streaming services and what came in really handy was a cooler with ice packs for our daily excursions around the area. "Beautiful home and location. Beach across the street is rocky but gorgeous. We saw several large turtles grazing on the shore. Beach/park is public and can sometimes have locals with loud entertainment, etc. Still a wonderful stay!"

"Our family of 11 stayed here for mom and dad’s service Was very clean, fresh and new. Lots of parking and space for our large family. We were able to gather in the great room and cook some meals. Great stay! Would recommend definitely! Thanks Maggie!"

"Location was awesome a bit loud road weise during the day but nice and quiet at night. Residents are welcoming to us renters. Snorkel bay right outside back gate very convenient. Location is the right mix of vacationers and localsOver all I would stay again."

"I really loved the house. Debbie was very helpful. The only problem was that I didn't receive proper information about getting in and if Debbie wasn't there when we arrived we would not have been able to get in. "

"11 people from 5 different households stayed in this house - everyone had a room, except my son slept on the convertible couch, and we had good space for visiting in the mornings and evenings. The house had plenty of towels including beach towels and all teh necessities that we needed to enjoy the beach and other places that we explored. The host sent great materials ahead of time and communicated quickly during our stay. "
