"Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout.
The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop.
The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of...

"Beautiful property and very welcoming! We had just spent 4 nights in Kona and it was such a relief to get away from the crowds and have such a peaceful and private retreat. Everything from the home to the grounds to the pets are so obviously loved and well cared for! Would love to stay again some day!!"
