This two story 5-bedroom house in Hilo is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 2 king beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to unwind.

The property also features 2 cozy living rooms with an extra twin bed downstairs for added comfort. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of this nice retreat, complete with a washing machine, dryer, Smart tv and WiFi for convenience. This house also includes an upstairs and downstairs patio area that has a beautiful view of Mauna Kea on a clear day. A full kitchen set, bath towels, blankets, and pillows are available for your use. This home is also minutes away from malls, restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, parks, gas stations, and the Hilo airport. Scenic locations that make our Big Island unique are no more than two hours away. Volcanoes National Park is only 35 min. away! Waterfalls are located just 15 minutes away! We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Only use the driveway that is located on the left side of the house. Do not remove fencing or cones.

Parking is available in the garage, in front of the house, and on the side of the house. Do not park in the back of the house or near the downstairs back patio. The septic tank is located there. Park on the street at your own. 🚨SECURITY CAMERAS ARE LOCATED AT THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE🚨 **At Check out** -Tidy up -Trash can be thrown in covered rubbish bins outside. -Do not remove bedding. -All used towels can be put downstairs in the laundry room. -Windows can be left open. -Lock ALL doors/sliding doors before checking out.

Spacious, Modern, and Perfectly Located in Hilo

We had an amazing stay at this spacious two-story, five-bedroom house in the Panaewa area of Hilo. The home was incredibly roomy, with plenty of space for our group, and we appreciated all the modern appliances and thoughtful amenities provided. The quiet neighborhood made it a perfect place to relax, and the location was excellent—close to local businesses, fantastic restaurants, and easy access to outdoor activities. This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hilo.Thank you Kristel and George!

Fantastic Stay!

It was a great home for a team or large multiple families. Sellers were great to work with. Communicative and so nice! Location was very convenient and easy to get around! We are looking forward to staying again when we head to Hilo.
