"Very wonderful stay "

"The overall stay was very nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the two days me and my family stayed there. We enjoyed the pool the most. The breakfast was good and had healthy options, which is essential for the start of the day. The location was perfect and there were an abundance of food options there. If we are ever in the area again we would consider staying here again"

"Where to start: We booked 2 rooms and had these issues in both! Dirty towels with stains on them Shower curtains were dingy Shower head in room 110 was broken and spraying everywhere. Ants on the counters Bed springs were not comfortable Swamp coolers smelt molded The door lock fell off a few times Honking for 30 min in the middle of the night. One room needed cleaning twice before we walked in. Area felt unsafe When we told the guy working . He shrugged his shoulders. I would not recommend...

"Air conditioning smelled, didn’t provide with amenities/ utilities. I’ve stayed at hotels and they all provide with toilet paper, hair products as in shampoo/conditioner, iron, ice machines, etc. There were some areas in the bathroom that were dirty. Staff took a picture of me after checking out which doesn’t make sense because the hotel was paid for and left on property timing and it’s an abuse against my will without my permission. "Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. 1 of 2 elevators was out the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful "

"Stayed here for 3 nights. Our bed sheets were never changed. Not sure what hotel had a policy where you have to request clean towels and bedsheets. That should be done daily without asking unless its mentioned not to do it by guest. We will not be staying here again."
