"Those cabin will remind you of grandmas house. The photos do on do it justice. We fell in love with this little house the second we opened the door. The owners John and Linda live in the property next door. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. They have walking trails on the property mapped out. We came up with the Jackson River Marathon. We will definitely be back, it really is beautiful country. "

"The cottage was peaceful and quiet, warm and inviting, exactly what I had hoped when I booked a last-minute two-night trip for my partner and I. We appreciated having the parking area shoveled and the heater going when we arrived. Furniture was sparse (no couch or comfy chairs), but we had plans that kept us outdoors much of the weekend. "Stayed at the cabin with some friends for a long weekend and had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook meals ourselves. The hot tub was an excellent way to unwind and relax each evening after exploring the surrounding areas. The natural beauty of West Virginia is incredible and the cabin is right in the heart of it.
