"Breakfast , staff & parking was great"

"Our stay was for three nights, Friday to Monday. Check in on Friday was a bit disorganized and their excuse was that they had two weddings in the hotel and were sold out. I had booked this hotel 3 weeks prior to our arrival date. The room we were given was room 104 which supposedly was newly renovated and the front desk told us was an upgrade. The first night we there it was very cold (in the 30's) much to our dismay we had no heat in the room all night. We froze. I went to the front desk...

"You get what you pay for. The rooms were ok and the bed was comfortable. Secured at night. The front lobby entrance is old and tired looking and while you get that initial smell of "aged" when you enter the front door, it did not carry forward to the rooms. Breakfast was pretty much "make your own waffles" every day. We were looking for a cheap hotel in the area and so it did not dissappont."

"We checked in late and the room was a disaster. Very dirty. Appliances falling apart. Bathtub had rust in it. No outlet covers. Broken lights that did not turn on. And then..the headboard fell off. Demanded a new room which was cleaner but still very outdated. I could hear every car that past on the highway. Noise level was 100!! So needless to say I didn’t get any rest and had a funeral to attend to in the morning. They did change the room however they did not apologize for any type of...

"Amazing hospitality and wonderful staff that welcomed me and my family into the hotel after a wedding. They were so sweet and personable. I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel was super clean, neat, organized, and had great amenities. Looking forward to coming back again if we are in the area!"

"First thing, the property was nothing like it was depicted on line. It was further from Manhattan than I anticipated. Although the lobby area had apparently been upgraded, other areas needed to be addressed. The dining area seats were stained, the walls in my room had obvious signs of wall damage and were improperly repaired. There were 3 small square patches of matching wall paper to apparently conceal holes from a removed picture as well as a 3 foot square of replacement wallpaper covering...

"There are no mini fridges or coffee makers in the rooms. Also only one ice machine in the hotel. Otherwise the stay was fine and staff was really nice. "
