"Loved the beautiful neighborhood with the tall trees! Loved having a private dock with an easy way to get in the lake and swim! Such a nice experience overall!"

"This was our third visit to this charming cabin and once again we loved it!! We had 2 very stormy days, but 4 great sunny days we got to swim,fish and sunbathe...already planning for next years trip.."

"Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets! There is a pet deposit that is not mentioned in listing so be aware of that. Overall enjoyed our stay. "

"We had such a wonderful time! My girls loved the scavenger hunt and other activities on the property. They enjoyed the swings, hammock, and cornhole. It was an amazing experience and we cant wait to go back!"

"We had a nice time staying on Lake Mineola. We went to fish, and it was a great place to stay and hang out right on the water. The small house is just the right size for a few people. The main house has 2 bedrooms and1 full bath. The other two bunkbeds and the full bath are in the backyard separate from the main house in a tiny guesthouse, but very close and convenient to the backdoor and nice porch! "Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. "

Communication with the host was timely and pleasant and the property was even nicer than the pictures indicate! Full kitchen,two A/C units and an awesome view of the lake. "The house was inviting and open with all the amenities that you would ask for. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just far away from town but close enough. There were groceries shopping and restaurants nearby and it was also in close proximity to Lake Fork.We fished like Holbrook as well as lake Fork and both are great Bass Lakes. There is a boat ramp for Lake Holbrook that is about five minutes away and you don’t get on any major highway. We probably saw about an average of four boats on...

"The house was beautiful in a quiet location. The only thing is read closely and don’t sssume an error in the description. While “technically” there are 2 bathrooms, it’s a little different. There is a half bath that connects to Master & hallway and it contains the only toilet. There is another bathroom in the master but it only has a shower, vanity and sink. So the entire house only has 1 toilet and 1 shower. You’ll have to go into the master bedroom to get to the shower. Also the “4th” bedroom...
