  • Enjoy the beauty of Lake Palestine from the large wrap around deck overlooking the water. The open concept floor plan assures a great view of the lake from inside of the house. Our home is furnished with comfort in mind, so you can unwind and leave your cares behind. Plenty of outdoor seating for entertaining, along with a fire pit to make the perfect smores. The boat ramp is just a few houses down on the same street!
    Come enjoy nature and the peaceful surroundings of Lake Palestine. We have 2 kayaks available for guest to use! Truly a perfect escape for the weekend or the week. The house is just steps away from the boat dock. The dock is furnished with seating on the deck for tanning, or simply relaxing overlooking the beautiful view. Great location for fishing, swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, and boating! Enjoy excellent fishing right from the dock!


    Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Room #3 has 4 twin beds (2-sets of bunk beds.) There is a futon that can sleep 2 in the living area.

    Security cameras are outside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images.

    Chandler is only 7 miles away with many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and hardware stores.

    Zip lining only 25 minutes from Chandler.

    Tyler only 16 miles and boasts a zoo, shopping, amusement park, skating rink, several movie theatres, any and all restaurants and bars.

    Enjoy access to the Villages Resort Amenities:

Great place to just go and enjoy the peace. The lake frontage was beautiful and the casual fishing from the shore was steady. The town had a couple of good restaurants and we enjoyed day trips to Edom and Ben Wheeler. The only suggestion I have is getting lighting on the dock and lakeside so it can be enjoyed into the night.

We so enjoyed this beautiful home with gorgeous sunrises! Big lake dock with lots of seating as well as a nice deck off the house. Well decorated house with a kitchen that had everything you need! Great stay!

Awesome Long Weekend!

Lake house was perfect for our 5th Annual Cousins trip! House and property were as advertised. We brought our Jet Ski and the lake, dock and boat ramp were nice! We had a fantastic trip!

Fishing Tournament Greatness

We stayed here for a weekend fishing tournament and would definitely recommend. Great boat dock and location for fishing. Kitchen had everything we needed for grilling and cooking. Lots of seating outside. Great place!

Great lakehouse to get away from it all...

This was our second stay at this particular lakehouse and just had a great time. The house, the boat dock, and the veiw are wonderful. Reasonable price, not too far from DFW, but far enough to feel like you are away from it all.

Perfect Getaway

Great location on the lake. Very relaxing and incredible view. Host was friendly and responsive. Home was close to town and near the event we traveled for. Will need to travel again during warmwr weather to enjoy the lake and amenities we did not get to take advantage of. Highly recommend.
