"The host was great with communication and allowed us to check in early. We appreciate the great accommodation! Highly recommend. "

"The check-in process was smooth and the house was perfect for what we needed. Suggestion if you like to cook - bring your spices, butter or oils that you use. Coffee pot works great - we put a paper filter in it for easier clean up. Beds are comfy. Beautiful front porch- suggestion to bring chairs if there is more than 2 in your group. "

"Very charming, quiet retreat. Very cozy, but surprisingly the cabin is bigger than it looks. Lots of attention to detail and great communication. Very cean and well appointed. Great for a family; I can see memories being made here."

"Very quiet secluded area right on the lake. Cindy our host was excellent and answered all of our questions. While the mobile home is older it was roomy enough for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the lake and scenery around the lake while kayaking and fishing. Great weekend getaway with the family that doesn't break your budget. It's also located half hour drive away from LBL National Park "

"One of the reasons we chose the Chaffin home was due to some of the extra amenities, such as pool table and hot tub. Although we didn't get much of a chance to use the hot tub since it was a heat wave while we were there, we definitely made good use of the rec room and pool table. The home is very cozy but has lots of room. I loved spending time in their sun room in the mornings. And of course, we spent alot of time on the lake. "The stay from start to finish was a breeze! Host responded quickly and was most helpful in making our stay a pleasant one. The views from the back porch were amazing! "This was the perfect location and house for our family while visiting our daughter and family that live within a 6 minute drive. We were there from NC for the High School Graduation of our granddaughter. The house was exactly what we needed with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our NC grandson was most excited about visiting his TN cousins and the chickens and cool rope swing behind the house in the woods. So glad we found this on VRBO and plan to return. Thanks again to the owners who were great!"
