Loft 163 (Historic Downtown building)

Loft 163 is located on the Court Square in Downtown Huntingdon TN. It's on the second level of a newly renovated historic building that dates back to the late 1800's with amazing views of the square and Court House. It is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.

The Loft is up a flight of stairs but it's work the walk up to experience the character and original historic elements for of this amazing space.

The loft was excellent. As soon as you open the door it is very clean and excellently decorated. Every appliance was cleaned to my expectations. The view of the square was great. We will definitely come back if it is available in the future. I recommend renting this loft.

Really memorable place, super charming and cozy. The huge front windows are so great to look out of. Well stocked and easy to use kitchen. The working record player was such a great touch! The host was great at communicating and very helpful.

My fiancé, and I had an awesome stay here! The apartment was super easy to find, very clean, and absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend staying here! 10/10. Also, we had a perfect view of the fireworks from the windows!

A trip "home" is always a special time for most of us. The Loft provided us a place to stay that met all our needs. We no longer have family in this location, but still love to come back for a few days now and then. Next time, The Loft will again be our go-to new "home" when we visit. This is quintessential small town USA with a new age feel. The finishes were well thought out and furnishings were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this loft if you are coming to the area. I geek out over lofts and this was no exception.
