"Breakfast was just ok. The room was small and the setup was odd so it made moving around a little challenging. Staff didn’t keep things replenished but when asked if there was more they did get it for us. The rooms were nice and roomy and even tho Expedia’s room description showed that a sofa bed was included, turns out it was not, but the hotel gave us a room upgrade to accommodate at no additional cost. Overall very pleased with our stay!"

"Some rooms are not for light sleepers for sure, with the nearby trains coming and going constantly. We had to change a room after the first night. The second room is fine. The staff is nice. Marissa changed a room for us immedialy after I requested it. "

"Location was walking distance to our venue. Covered, private parking is a huge plus (make sure to reserve ahead). Room was great and the perfect size for 2, We enjoyed using the balcony. Location was quiet, no issues with neighbors. "

"We're delayed by tornados on the way and upon arrival the front desk employee had his back facing the customers and just yelled "we have no room". When I said we had a reservation he said "no you do not". I have never experienced such blatant disrespect in a professional setting. I called Expedia as well as my trip insurance company and never got through to a human. Unbelievable horrible experience. "

"Top floors are undergoing renovations, clean room but carpet stains and damaged curtains. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast included turkey sausage, hash browns, grits, oatmeal, eggs, and juice but no waffle / pancake options. "

"Super basic. The room smelled a bit funky but the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice but WAY worth spending an extra few bucks for a place down the road with more amenities. (I'm sorry!)"
