"Beautiful rooms but if you like big windows in the rooms or a balcony these rooms may not suit your fancy . Friendly and helpful staff and overall excellent value for the money we paid through Expedia. Please note that one of the main roads that lead to the hotel goes across a lift bridge and car/bus transportation to or from the hotel may get delayed. Do your research if this might be an issue."

"The room was not properly cleaned, though the staff was helpful. The exhaust fan in the washroom not working. The fridge smelled awful. The wifi connection was very very poor.There was only one water dispenser in the hotel that was in the gym. The reason why I gave 3 star is because atleast the kids were able to enjoy the pool and the bowling alley attached to the facility(at extra cost). The breakfast was at additional cost but was good."

"The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me."

"Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value."
