"We absolutely loved our stay. The room was way nicer than we expected. We had a Jacuzzi suite with a balcony. The room had a kitchenette with cups, plates and silverware, coffee, tea and water restocked daily. It was super clean and probably the quietest room we've ever stayed in. "Air Conditioner in the main bedroom was not adjustable as the buttons were not working and was showing "re" sign. It stopped working around 11 pm at night during our bedtime as we were so tired, we used the ac in the hall and kept the bedroom doors open to maintain the cooling in the room. It was frankly not a good experience for the premium hotel like Staybridge suites."

"Actual room and dining area were no where close to the pictures in Expedia. One of the bed in Suite#111 did not even have a fitted bed sheet. Bed mattress was dirty and hard. Window curtain was not adequate to block the entire window in the kitchenette. Light coming in from the window. Pipes in the kitchenette were gurgling periodically all night. Weird smell in the room at night, which seemed to be mostly due to HVAC filters needing replacement. Room bathroom was old - missing tile on wall...
