"Everything was excellent, the only things that were kinda inconvenient were that there was no extra tissue when we ran out and that there’s a lot of noise in the middle of the night and early morning due to being in the middle of the city. Other than that it was excellent. I would definitely go back. "

"The property is nice and clean and service is friendly and helpful. However we had to wait a long time for check in and our room had a weird buzzing noise all night and the elevators were making a weird banging sound all night. Since we were next door we heard that all night, which sucked."

"I realize this is a historic building but it definitely could be run better. We were not informed that apparently you have to request for your room to be cleaned. I am still not clear about that. Our room was not cleaned so we called downstairs and let them know. We were told they would come clean it while we went to dinner. They did apparently come to the room and put towels and a trash bag of toiletries so we could clean and restock our room on the bed. Did they make the bed? Nope. I really...

"Our room was never cleaned properly on our stay but to make things worse our glasses were gone when we came back to the hotel on the second day there. Was very disappointed."

"Sarah was very helpful due to the construction going on in the roads. Not only helpful indoors but making sure everyone who was intending to stay at the hotel was able to find it with all the road detours. The breakfast was excellent! The historic ambience was wonderful and added to the occasion of my anniversary. The rooms were great we had a king suite in the heart of San Antonio. We ate so happy our daughters gifted us this stay! Highly recommend."
