"Overall lovely clean hotel, their signature scent is amazing (welcoming and calming). Some minor things are the rooms have lots of bare walls, some pictures would go a long way to add to the decor. Furnishings appear dated such as the chairs being very worn and the metal headboard with lots of scratches."

"Terrace was never cleaned within 5 days. We received the terrace dirty and it got worse. The asignated golf cart had used cans, bottles and general waste. The airconditioning in the villa is extremely loud. The sofa bed eas not prepared at our arrival. We had to do it by ourselves"

"Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

"AC was questionable...humidity issues. room was nice but needed things repaired. We are not high maintenance, but housekeeping should replace towels, and the sink should not be backed up when we arrived."

"The Menger is a historic building. I love staying at Historical places, but it felt different this time. Didn’t feel as upscale as in the past. The colonial restaurant wasn’t open so that took a lot away from our experience. Just felt like an aged hotel with a bunch of loud families with annoying teenagers staying there. Lots of construction and street closures in the area too. Staff was not overly helpful. Just average check in. No help getting bags from valet. Room was fine. Tiny...
