"This property is clean, has a lovely lounge, and is close to public transport to Manhattan. The room was simple. The only drawback was the bed was a little hard for my taste. "

"I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was really clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was parking. We eventually got lucky and found a spot. We utilized Lyft so we didn't have to drive until we left. Overall very good experience, definitely will return!"

"The apartment's location was fantastic -- close to Central Park, easy subway and bus connections, lots of good restaurants around. Also, the apartment was quiet, even with the windows open. Overall, it was a decent stay, but check-in was a little off with the lockbox across the street and the other hiccups below.The beds were new and firm, but comfy and pillows were comfy too. "As advertised. The host was very responsive, working with me on an issue with the listing. Well furnished and equipped apartment with an upstairs deck overlooking nice backyard. Would definitely rent again especially if we come back with a larger group. The apartment can easily accommodate four adults."

"This little studio was perfect for what we needed, a homebase for while we were exploring NYC. It's conveniently located close to the Subway. The bed was comfortable. No issues finding the place or checking in. Plus you can't beat the price! Would absolutely stay here again."

"11 of us were able to fit pretty comfortably in this apartment! It’s so close to many things including Sylvia’s! The host, Ethan, was very very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to drop off our bags early. I would recommend! "

"Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. Charlene from the management team was quick to respond to...

"This is a solid clean place to stay. 3rd floor walkup, but no big deal if you are mobile. Very well appointed kitchen, good shower, comfortable beds, middle bedroom super quiet. Felt safe, host was very responsive, check in easy and did not require prompting, easy to get to the 34th street crosstown bus to get to whatever up and down the island subway you need, to Penn Station, wherever. Easy walk to the Theater district, lower east village, just overall a good value. Nothing "Fancy", but...

"The apartment was exactly as portrayed. Very neat and clean. The manager was very responsive to requests and dealt with them immediately. However, it is NOT in the area advertised. It is a significant walk away and that was very disappointing."
